As Charter President of the Kiwanis Club of Guahan Familia, Allan has demonstrated exceptional leadership over two consecutive terms (2023-2024 and 2024-2025), guiding the club’s foundational years with vision and purpose. Under his stewardship, the club has established itself as a vital force for positive change, embodying Kiwanis values of service, fellowship, and community impact.
With a Master of Public Administration degree, Allan combines academic excellence with practical leadership experience. His approach to service emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and sustainable community development, ensuring that Kiwanis programs create lasting impact for the children and families of Guam.
As Company President of Camacho Safety Services, LLC, Allan provides essential OSHA Safety and Health training throughout Guam, demonstrating his commitment to workplace safety and community wellbeing. His professional expertise complements his volunteer leadership, bringing valuable organizational and management skills to every initiative he undertakes.
A devoted family man, Allan is married to Josie and is the proud father of their daughter, Allan Justine. His family values and personal dedication to service inspire his leadership approach and community engagement.
