A recent heartwarming initiative by Circle K Club of UPLB in the Philippine Luzon District, in celebration of CKI Week brought a ray of morning sunshine to the local community. They brightened the day of early risers on campus by sharing warm pandesal. Students, visitors, hard-working maintenance workers, and jeepney drivers alike savored the delightful treat, a moment of respite in their busy schedules.

Much like how New York City boasts its iconic bagels, the Philippines has its beloved pandesal, a breakfast in the archipelago is hardly complete without the comforting aroma of freshly baked pandesal.
