Trinidad “Toto” Gonzales

Trinidad P. “Toto” Gonzales of Magalang, Pampanga, Philippines, was elected to a three-year term to the Kiwanis International Board of Trustees during the Asia- Pacific District Convention held March 2022. He represents the Asia-Pacific region of Kiwanis International.

A member of Kiwanis International since 1988, Gonzales has served as Asia-Pacific chair and as governor of the Philippine Luzon District. He has also been president, secretary and treasurer of the Kiwanis Club of Angeles City. Gonzales has been recognized as a distinguished governor and distinguished club president, and he has been honored through the Kiwanis Children’s Fund as a George F. Hixson Fellow Diamond-level 1 and as a charter Walter Zeller Fellow.

Gonzales says that serving underprivileged children helped him realize early on that he was a true Kiwanian. He is eager to help ensure the stability and success of Kiwanis International.

Gonzales holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is active in the trucking and trading industry.

He and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children and four grandchildren. Outside of Kiwanis, Gonzales enjoys following sports, particularly basketball.
