• If you come from a country that Australia requires you to hold a valid visa , the application process should be commenced as soon as possible. It is recommended you do this in 2023. Do not leave it until the last minute as your application will likely be denied.

• Upon receiving your request, we will promptly respond with the necessary details to facilitate the completion of the letter of introduction.

• The majority of Hotel Accommodation is within easy walking distance of the Convention Centre.
• Indicative costs are A$190-A$300 a day for 4, 4.5 and 5 star hotel and apartment accommodation.
• Cheaper options also available within reasonable walking distance or travel by tram.
• Special arrangements and deals have been made with several of the major hotels. Block Bookings have been made to secure hotel rooms as March in Adelaide is extremely busy with the Adelaide Festival Fringe and Womad (World of Music – Adelaide) held during late February and March.

Adelaide is serviced by many International Airlines:

• Air New Zealand, Qatar, Malaysian Airlines and Singapore Airlines.
• Other International carriers are only 1 stop away and  serviced by all Australian national carriers.
• Qantas, Virgin Australia and Regional Express.

Airport Transfer:

• Adelaide Airport is only 15-20 minutes from CBD.
•   Serviced by Taxis (Airport transfer A$22-$25).
•   Uber and Ola (Airport transfer from A$19).
•   Shuttle Bus to major hotels (A$10 per person).
•   Metropolitan Bus Services (Jet Express $A5).
•   Mini buses can be organised – costs vary.
