Warmth Mission: Kiwanis India’s Outreach to Nakar

The Kiwanis Club of Helping Team in the Kiwanis India District extended its compassionate reach to the less fortunate residents – jobless, handicapped, and the homeless, of Nakar in Haryana and the communities bordering Punjab, located 1,700 km away from Mumbai.

Faced with the challenges of winter weather, where temperatures plummet at night, the club members embarked on a mission to provide comfort and warmth to those in need.

Recognizing the significance of blankets and wool shawls in alleviating the cold, they distributed these essential items, ensuring that vulnerable individuals in the village could withstand the chilling temperatures and find solace during the winter months.
