Under Governor Neil Lin's leadership, the district aims to achieve significant milestones, including the establishment of 500 clubs and a membership of 20,000, highlighting its dedication to growth and community engagement. Eight key focus areas have been identified to drive progress, spanning from expanding membership to enhancing organizational capacity.
A remarkable achievement is the successful rollout of Mandarin, Taiwanese dialect, and English language programs, broadcasted weekly on Kiwanis TV networks. As the largest Kiwanis district globally, Taiwan stands out as the sole district to have launched Kiwanis TV News, featuring professionally trained anchors proficient in all three languages. This program airs five (5) times weekly, complemented by additional English-language news broadcasts available on YouTube.
Furthermore, the district's comprehensive commitment to linguistic proficiency is evident in the implementation of English education courses across all 17 divisions, reflecting its dedication to fostering communication skills development.
