Aligned with Kiwanis Asia-Pacific's Green Generation campaign in the region, more than one hundred members of the Builders Club of Salawag National High School have participated in learning how to plant and harvest rice at the Rice Garden in Manila.
This initiative of Kiwanis Philippine Luzon District is part of National Rice Awareness Month in signed partnership with the Department of Agriculture and the Philippine Rice Research Institute, highlighting the power of collective action in a shared commitment to ensuring sustainable food practices in building a resilient nation.
