Chi-Kang Jone brings a wealth of experience to the Taiwan District leadership, combining his expertise in government, education, and public service. As a Senior Advisor to the Executive Yuan and Municipal Advisor to the New Taipei City Government, he has played a pivotal role in shaping policies and initiatives that impact communities at large. His work as an Assistant Professor at Asia University highlights his dedication to education, further enriching his ability to guide and mentor future leaders.

In addition to his roles in academia and government, Governor Jone serves as the Commander of the Volunteer Criminal Investigation Division in New Taipei City, showcasing his commitment to public safety. As General Manager of The Small Sun Educational Institution, he advocates for youth development and education, while his role as Tourism Ambassador for Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan, reflects his passion for fostering cultural exchange. Governor Jone’s diverse background positions him as a well-rounded and impactful leader in his service to Kiwanis.
