Felix Grepo, a prolific businessman and philanthropist, has made significant contributions to Kiwanis causes and considers himself a full-hearted Kiwanian. With a career in public service for forty two years, he has held various government positions in the province of Cavite, Philippines. Alongside his public service, Felix is also an esteemed member of the Free and Accepted Masons, where he served as Past District Lecturer and Worshipful Master, earning the prestigious HIRAM award, the highest recognition for a Master Mason.

Within Kiwanis, Felix has shown exceptional leadership. As President of the Kiwanis Club of General Trias in 2020-2021, he was recognized as the Most Distinguished President. The following year, he served as Lieutenant Governor of Division 4A2, where he was honored as the Most Distinguished Lieutenant Governor as Champion Lt. Governor of Legacy Team. Felix also received the esteemed Kiwanian of the Year Award during the same period, reflecting his unwavering dedication to the Kiwanis mission.
