Jimmy Go, a prominent businessman, became a member of Kiwanis in 1980 and has since demonstrated remarkable dedication to the organization. He served twice as the Distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of Davao City and was later recognized as a Distinguished Lieutenant Governor. For over three decades, Jimmy has been a consistent presence at Kiwanis International, ASPAC, and District Conventions, reflecting his unwavering commitment to the Kiwanis mission, and is known for his philanthropic efforts, especially through his Manna Rice distribution project.

A Life Member of Kiwanis International, Jimmy has received several prestigious honors, including the Walter L. Sellers Fellow, George Hixon Fellow, and Dr. Will Blechman Fellow awards. He is also a significant donor to the Kiwanis Children’s Fund, particularly supporting the Maternal and Neonatal Tetanus Elimination initiative. In 2000, he initiated the Taiwan-Southern Philippine Sisterhood. Outside Kiwanis, Jimmy is an active member and officer in organizations such as the Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Davao City Chinatown Development Council, and Fujian Merchant Association.
