Maria Chee has been a member of Kiwanis club of Damansara, Malaysia for over 30 years and a major contributor at the club and district level.

Besides being actively involved in community service projects at the club level, she has been in the position of Leadership Education & Planning Chair at the Kiwanis Malaysia District since 2000. She has also been the Lieutenant Governor for Kiwanis Malaysia and at her home club she has served as president and secretary. She is also involved in the Kiwanis International global Leadership Education task force team which is focused on making training relevant and to strengthening clubs.

Professionally, Maria is senior director at ITD World and is instrumental in driving the company towards establishing itself as a Global Coaching and Leadership Development organization catering to local, regional and global, government and multinational corporations with the biggest number of partnerships with top Mega gurus such as Marshal Goldsmith, John Mattone, William Rothwell, Brian Tracy, Marcia Reynolds, Jack Canfield and many more to enable clients to learn from the Best to be the Best.

Maria also holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University. Her continuing post education professional development certifications are in the areas of Coaching and Mentoring, Human Performance Improvement, Learning & Development, Leadership, Talent and Competency development.

Her life purpose is to consciously enjoy a life of gratitude, creating opportunities and helping others and self to continuously learn and grow meaningfully, in service for others with peace, kindness, and love.
