The vibrant event unfolded in the picturesque Ballaharwal village of Amritsar - The Golden City, where the Kiwanis leaders were greeted by enthusiastic villagers, with the beats of traditional dhols, adorned with garlands.
Despite the cold weather, the air was filled with lively performances by the kids from the Tuition Center and football team, complemented by delightful treats of paneer pakoda and ginger tea. President-Elect Lee Kuan Yong's generous gesture of gifting Kiwanis mementos to the children and his inspiring speech resonated with Kiwanis India leadership.
Amidst the festivities, the Lohri celebration in Amritsar gained added significance, the fellowship dinners provided a conducive environment for Kiwanis leaders to engage in discussions about the prospects, projects, growth, and development of Kiwanis India, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and shared commitment within the Kiwanis community.
