Under the New Caledonia sky, in the charming village of Bourail, the Kiwanis Club of Centre Ouest in New Zealand and South Pacific (NZSP) District, organized an outdoor Halloween party that left kids and families spellbound. They went above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, complete with creative costumes and an array of thrilling activities that kept young revelers enthralled.
