As the Kiwanis year comes to an end, I want to thank all the Kiwanis members who believe in a better Kiwanis and a better world — and who worked so hard this past year to build our legacy together. Because of you, our organization continues to make a positive impact in kids’ lives and communities.
I’m excited about the Kiwanis family’s future, and I want to extend both thanks and good wishes to 2023-24 Kiwanis International President Katrina Baranko. I know that all of us in the Kiwanis family look forward to her leadership. Her support and friendship have helped make my year in this position a pleasure and a success.
When Kiwanians remember this year and the guy in the cowboy hat, I hope they remember how we were all able to put a smile on children’s faces — and that we definitely “did not forget the salt.”
