The sight of military aircraft soaring over the capital and the vibrant street parade, featuring performances by local and foreign groups in the heart of Taipei, serves as a testament to Taiwan's enduring spirit and commitment to excellence. The main celebration symbolizes the heart of this nation, where history meets modernity, and where tradition blends seamlessly with progress.
As Kiwanis Asia Pacific, we are commemorating this significant day with our fellow Kiwanians in Taiwan District, 20,500 membership strong. Our organization stands for service, community, and the betterment of society, values that resonate strongly with Taiwan's own dedication to progress and harmony.
